UAG celebrated the completion of its last private placement and received a tombstone of the deal during a dinner to which all of the company’s staff participated. The celebration was also attended by representatives of Wellington West, lead arranger of the financing.
This private placement exceeded all expectations and gave UAG a solid financial base for its future operations and development. In addition to the strong demand, UAG was able to create a good balance of existing and new shareholders, and a good representation of institutional and private investors.
